The EMT\u2019s told me not to feed him and he would never eat again. They said he would aspirate again and it would be bad. But he told me with his eyes he wanted the food, so I fed him anyways and he got it all down. Such a sad memory! Such a sad time. He died in my mom\u2019s arms two hours from now at 1:30 in the morning on their 37th wedding anniversary. He spent less than one night in hospice. I will always miss my dad for as long as I live. He was such a great man. Of all the cool things about my father, I\u2019ll share one cool thing for now. He was an airplane mechanic in the Air Force during Vietnam. He could do ANYTHING to a car. That was one thing that made him so cool. Oh, he also took me to all of my track meets and sat there all day Saturday watching. Miss you dad! Can\u2019t believe it has been 5 years since you left us.
